On July 13, 2015, Li Ming, secretary of the Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Zhang Xiangan, the mayor of Chuzhou City, led the observation and inspection team of the investment promotion project of Chuzhou City, and went to Mingguang Wanjia to observe and inspect.
